📮 Kazpost: classifier codes
Kazpost shipping rates: sender postcode and classifier codes from the contract (product, categories, send method).
Where it is set up: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).
What you need#
- the dispatch post office postcode;
- a Kazpost contract — for the classifier codes.
Getting the keys in the carrier account#
- Sign a contract with Kazpost (post.kz, business section, or a post office).
- Ask the manager for your contract’s classifier codes: product, mail category, sender category, send method.
What to enter in the carrier card#

Check#
- Click “Save”.
- Click “Test connection”: rates appear under the card. “Mock mode” means the keys are not connected and the rates are demo.
- Tick “Enable …” in the card — the carrier then appears to buyers at checkout.
Without keys and test mode#
Kazpost has no keys at all. Until the classifier codes are filled in, the card shows demo rates.
Common problems#
- “Demo” rates — the product code is empty — enter the codes from the contract.
