Add a few items, products or services and check prices. For POS, printing, payments and phones, check models and available connections.
Try the customer journey and staff workflow: an order, a booking, an intake or a call. Test each connection you need separately.
It depends on the solution: QR menus and guest ordering with limits for food service, the journal and online booking for salons and appointments, a catalog within limits for shops. POS, kitchen, recipes and some other features need a paid plan. Exact terms and availability in your country are on the solution page and in pricing.
Cafés, restaurants and canteens have a demonstration guest menu linked from the solution page. Other pages show a written process example; some also have separately labelled real screens. A written example is not an interactive demo. A demo does not verify your POS, equipment or connections.
It depends on the specific model, driver and country. Check your printer, till, scanner, scales, terminal or phone against documentation and a test workflow before connecting them.
The back office and customer pages work online; a CDN is not offline access. Already-loaded POS, upload queues and a local bridge have different capabilities and need separate tests.
Prepare a menu or catalog import and check the resulting items and prices. Timing depends on the source data and selected features. Keep access to the old system until you have checked the result.
