🚚 Delivery carriers: how to connect and where to get keys
A delivery carrier quotes the price to the buyer at checkout and creates shipments. Each carrier is connected in its own card: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).
General order#
- Pick a carrier that operates in your location’s country (carriers of other countries are under “Carriers from other countries”).
- Get the keys from the carrier: most need a contract and an account; some (Russian Post, Exline for rates, Kazpost) need no key at all.
- Enter the keys in the carrier card and click “Save” — keys are stored securely on the server and never shown to buyers.
- Click “Test connection” — rates should come back.
- Tick “Enable …” so the carrier appears at checkout.
The “❔ How to connect” button in each card shows the key steps right in the panel; the full guides are on the pages below.
