For small hotel owners and managers

Small hotel software: rooms and check-ins

Hand over the shift with current room statuses: reception sees who is staying and which rooms are ready, and cleaning follows clear statuses.

Free: a room board for up to 5 rooms per location; other modules and connections have their own terms.

No card to register. Open the hotel section manually after location setup.

OTA channels are in a test environment. Arbitrary PMS integration and automatic migration are not promised.

  • Occupancy and cleaning board
  • Check-in and check-out
  • Room types and rate calendar

How it works in practice

  • Housekeeper in a hotel corridor by the linen cart checking cleaning tasks on her phone
Illustration; the screen shows the real interface, demo data, 3 October 2026. The housekeeper sees her rooms on the phone right in the corridor
  • A guest in the room opens the hotel menu and services on the phone from the QR inside the room
Illustration; the screen shows the real interface, demo data, 2 October 2026. The QR hangs inside the room, so only the guest sees it

Where it helps the owner

Small hotel

Example: reception checks room statuses after morning departures. Measure handover time and manual questions.

Hotel with a restaurant

Example: test breakfast ordered to one room. Kitchen workflow and stay-bill charges need separate checks.

Existing PMS

Example: keep stays in your current system and test guest orders separately. Reconciliation remains your procedure.

Example situations. Measure time and costs with your own operations.

Room limits, connections and team setup

Room limits, connections and team setup

Room-board limits apply per location, not to a complete PMS package.

What to budget for

  • Current room-board limits: Free 5, Basic 20, Premium 100, Enterprise unlimited per location
  • Brand plan prices are on the pricing page; no complete PMS package is assigned here
  • Telephony, payment providers and other connections may cost extra

What you can start for free

The current free room-board limit is five rooms per location. Test one room and one stay; check other features and connections separately.

Start with one room

No card to register. Open the hotel section manually after location setup.

What to consider before you start

  • OTA/channel manager remains in a test environment; production Booking.com exchange is not included.
  • iCal shares occupancy with a delay, without rates or restrictions.
  • Automatic migration and every guest service appearing on a stay bill are not promised.

Test your workflow and required connections before migrating data.

Frequently asked questions

Must I migrate the whole hotel?

No. Test one room, check-in, check-out and cleaning. Agree shift procedures before adding the rest.

Can I keep another PMS?

Consider guest orders separately. Automatic bills, guests or statuses transferring to an arbitrary PMS are not promised; define reconciliation first.

Details for every screen are in the help centre. Where to start →

Test one room with reception

Prepare its type, rate and status, then check a test guest in and out before deciding what to migrate.
