🏬 5Post: API key and warehouse ID
X5 parcel lockers and pickup points: contract, API key and dispatch warehouse ID from your 5Post manager.
Where it is set up: Control panel → “Shipments” → “Delivery services” button (or the location card → WEB → “Delivery services”).
What you need#
- a 5Post contract (company or sole trader);
- a 5Post account manager — they issue the keys.
Getting the keys in the carrier account#
- Submit a connection request on fivepost.ru and sign the contract.
- Ask your manager for an online-store integration API key.
- Ask the manager for the dispatch warehouse ID — the warehouse you hand parcels to.
What to enter in the carrier card#

Check#
- Click “Save”.
- Click “Test connection”: rates appear under the card. “Mock mode” means the keys are not connected and the rates are demo.
- Tick “Enable …” in the card — the carrier then appears to buyers at checkout.
Without keys and test mode#
Without a key the card shows demo rates.
Common problems#
- “Connection failed” — the key was issued for the test environment or is not active yet — check with your manager.
