Orders, the menu and guest chats — on the owner’s phone

Cenaly Admin is the owner’s and manager’s mobile dashboard: accept an order, fix the menu, put a dish on the stop list, reply to a guest in chat — without opening a computer.

One line-up on Android and iOS: the same account, the same locations and data. The goal is the same features on both platforms; where the iOS version differs, it is said below.

What it does

Orders

Order feed with statuses, “Accept”, delivery couriers and returned packages.

Menu

Categories and dishes, camera photos, AI photo enhancement and generation, the “86” stop list, variants and add-ons, per-location prices.

Locations

Address, currency, time zone, service charge, dine-in, delivery and pickup.

Guest chats

Website, Telegram, WhatsApp and other channels in one inbox: reply, private note, canned responses via “/”, assign and resolve.

Voice consultant

Ask your knowledge base by voice or text — a short spoken answer and the full answer with sources.

Account

Balance, plan and top-up through a secure web form.

Limits, honestly

  • Push notifications about new orders do not reach the apps yet — keep the feed open.
  • Calls from the app go through Cenaly Phone if it is installed.
  • Android versions are distributed as an installation file right from this site — they are not on Google Play yet; iPhone and iPad versions are released through the App Store. Features were tested on emulators and test devices; acceptance in working venues is still in progress.

How to install

  1. Open this page on the Android device itself and tap “Download APK”.
  2. Open the downloaded file. On the first install Android asks to allow installs from this source (your browser) — allow it.
  3. Tap “Install” and wait until it finishes — the icon appears on the home screen.
  4. Launch the app and sign in: email and password, or a QR code issued by the web dashboard.

Updating works the same way: download the file again and install it over the old one; your sign-in is kept.

Sign-in

The same account as the web dashboard: email and password, a QR code for a shared device, and an authenticator code if two-factor protection is on. Staff only see the locations of their role.
