This Cookie Policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur ANDREI VERBITSKII (Identification Number 305573448) uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on the Cenaly / meni websites and web interfaces under meni.ge, cenaly.com, cenaly.ru, cenaly.tr, masamenu.tr and menugo.al. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
The technologies available depend on the brand, page, feature and choices made. A business may also configure technologies on its own customer-facing services and is responsible for its own notice and applicable permissions. Native mobile-app permissions and incoming-call push notifications are described in the Privacy Policy; they are not website cookie permissions.
This is the English original. Translations are provided for convenience; the English version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory local rights.
Cookies are small files stored by a website in a browser. The Service also uses browser local storage, session storage and, for relevant features, local databases or caches. Session storage lasts for the relevant browser session; other entries may remain until they expire, are replaced, or are cleared by the application or user.
The Service uses storage and technical identifiers for sign-in, session management, account security and requested functions. International account authentication uses AWS Cognito where applicable; Russian infrastructure uses our Yandex-hosted authentication services. Language, display preferences, local settings and cached content support the features concerned.
The exemption or legal basis for a technology depends on its actual purpose and applicable law. A technology is not necessary merely because it appears on a business software website. Blocking storage needed for authentication or a requested function can prevent that function from working. Clearing preferences or caches can reset settings or require content to be downloaded again.
Where configured for a web surface and lawfully enabled, integrations can include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and server-side registration conversion reporting, and Yandex Metrika. They may process page or interaction information, campaign identifiers, browser/device and network data, and registration conversion information. Cookies or other identifiers may be used to attribute a visit or registration to an advertisement.
Where consent is required, optional collection must wait for it. Use the available website consent controls to manage your choices, or contact us for assistance. Refusing an optional advertising or analytics technology does not turn off necessary authentication. A server-side conversion request remains data processing even if it does not itself place a browser cookie.
We do not describe every use of these tools as legally outside sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Any applicable opt-out rights and legally required preference signals must be respected. The Privacy Policy explains privacy rights and how to contact us.
Cenaly Phone's native calling functionality does not include these web advertising integrations. Opening a website from the app is subject to that website's technologies and choices.
Our web error-telemetry collector does not itself set cookies or browser-storage entries; it holds an event in page memory before sending it to our infrastructure. Reports can nevertheless contain personal data, including pseudonymous account identifiers for staff or owners, IP and network information. Collection without a cookie is not the same as anonymous processing. The Privacy Policy describes diagnostic information, purposes and retention.
AWS and Yandex Cloud provide relevant hosting, storage, authentication or delivery functions. Apple and Google provide native notification services where used. A connected sign-in or other independent service can also use technologies under its own notice. Using our own telemetry collector does not mean that no hosting provider processes diagnostic information.
Processing locations and international transfers are described in sections 6–7 of the Privacy Policy and differ by brand and feature; data is not universally stored in Frankfurt or the EEA.
You can manage available optional website choices through its consent controls and remove cookies or other stored data through your browser. Browser settings may also block storage. This can sign you out, reset settings, remove local content or prevent some requested features from working.
Signing out, clearing a browser, uninstalling a mobile app or disabling a device permission does not itself delete account records, recordings or other information already stored by us or a business. For those requests, use the contact below and sections 8–10 of the Privacy Policy.
We may update this Policy when technologies, processing arrangements or applicable law change. The date above identifies this revision. We will provide appropriate notice and obtain any new permission required for a material change.
